Return Window

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for both domestic and international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this 10-day period.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Include all original packaging
  • Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Important: Please do not send returns directly to the manufacturer.

Refund Process

Standard Returns

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll email you to confirm receipt and notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Partial Refunds

Items returned between 11-30 days after delivery may be eligible for partial refunds at our discretion.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven't received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account statement
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing may take additional time)
  3. Contact your bank about processing delays
  4. If still unresolved, email us at sales@hawamusical.com

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same item, please contact us at sales@hawamusical.com.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For items over $75, we recommend using trackable shipping or purchasing shipping insurance
  • We cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns
  • Delivery times for exchanges vary by location
